Your first visit

One chair means your first visit has all of Heesook's attention. Here is how it goes.

Step 1: Book your visit
Book on the booking page, or call or text. A deposit holds the time and goes toward your service.

Step 2: What to bring
Bring what helps us agree on a shape.
- Photos of cuts you like, and one you don't
- Hair dry, as you usually wear it
- A note of anything you have colored

Step 3: When you arrive
Come to Suite 12 on the second floor about five minutes early. Your confirmation has the door code, and there is parking behind the building.

Step 4: What to expect
We talk, Heesook looks at your hair dry, and she cuts. A first visit runs about 75 minutes.

Step 5: Afterward
You leave with a way to style it and a time to come back that suits the cut. Rebook on the booking page.

The building

Finding the suite

The salon suites sit along one hallway on the second floor, and Suite 12 is Heesook's.

Park in the lot behind the building, then use the rear entrance. Your confirmation message has the door code, so you can come straight up.
