What decides the price

Heesook sets the price of each service by the service itself, the length and density of your hair, and the time it takes. Color adds the shade, how much hair is colored and the products used. The booking page shows the price of each service before you confirm.

What the consultation covers

Every first visit begins with a talk about your hair and how you wear it, and it is part of your appointment, not a separate one. Color starts with a consultation before anything is mixed, so the plan and the price agree.

Deposits

First visits and color services take a deposit to hold the time in a one-chair book. The menu marks each one, the deposit goes toward your service, and the amount shows on the booking page.

Canceling or running late

We ask for 48 hours' notice to move or cancel, because there is one chair and one stylist and the hour is set aside for you. If you are running late, call or text and we will see whether the visit can be shortened or needs a new time.

Add-ons and changes on the day

A gloss, a blow-dry or a quick trim can be added to a cut when you book or on the day. Heesook tells you what it adds in time and price before she starts, and you say yes first.

Tipping

Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can leave one at checkout or in cash.
