What people ask first
Do I need a consultation before my first cut?
It is built into your first visit. We talk through your hair and how you wear it before anything is cut, and that visit is 75 minutes to allow for it.
How far ahead should I book?
Heesook books about four weeks ahead, and new-client openings are limited. If you want a particular day, book early.
How long does a cut take?
A precision cut takes about an hour. Each service on the menu shows its time.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
The suite is one small room with one chair, so please come on your own. A parent may stay with a teen.
How much will it cost?
Your price shows on the booking page before you confirm. How pricing works explains what sets it.
Where do I park, and how do I get in?
There is parking in the lot behind the building. Your confirmation message has the door code and the suite number.
Do you cut wavy and curly hair?
Yes. Tell us when you book so the time is right. Wavy and curly hair is cut dry or damp, depending on the shape.
Can I book color without a cut?
Yes. Root color and gloss can be booked on their own, and a first color starts with a consultation.
How often should I come back?
Heesook tells you at the end of your visit. Short cuts are usually planned for fewer weeks between visits, and long hair for more.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give 48 hours' notice so the hour can go to someone else. The policies page has the details.
Who is welcome?
Every head of hair is welcome. Services are by technique and length, not by who is sitting in the chair.
